MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

1. How do I sign up for the membership program?

=> Simply download the Tube app and register with your phone number or email to get started.

2. Is there a fee to join the membership program?

=> Currently, Tube’s membership program is free to join.

3. Can I use my membership in all Tube locations?

=> Yes, the membership benefits are available across all Tube stores nationwide.

4. Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

=> Memberships are non-transferable and are tied to your account.

5. What happens if I lose access to my account?

=> Contact Tube support through the app or visit your nearest store for assistance in recovering your account.

6. Will I be notified about new benefits or updates?

=> Yes! Members will receive notifications in the app and email updates about new features and promotions.

7. If I pay with the Tube app, will I still earn reward points with Tube Rewards?

 => Tube currently does not have a reward points system. The Tube app allows you to place orders for pickup and make payments via bank.

 

 

PRIVACY

8. Can I secure my Tube Coffee Account(s) on my mobile device with a passcode?

=> Yes, you can enhance the security of your Tube account by enabling a passcode. To set it up, go to Dashboard > Account & Settings > Passcode Lock. Once enabled, you’ll need to enter your passcode each time you open the app.

If you lose or forget your passcode, you will need to reset your account by reinstalling the Tube app and following the recovery process. For further assistance, contact Tube support.

9. How does Tube Coffee protect my privacy after I register my Tube Account ?

Sign in/ Sign up Information & Issue

10. What do I do if I forget my password?

=> On the login screen, click “Forgot Password” and enter the email or phone number associated with your account. We will send you instructions to reset your password. Please note, the reset link will expire in 30 minutes from the time of your request.

If you do not receive the email, your account may be registered under a different email address. Also, check your junk or spam folder and ensure emails from Tube are not being filtered out.

11. How can I update my registered information?

=> To update your registered account information, go to Tube App and sign in with your Email or Phone number and Password. On the next page, you can access your account setting, and edit your address book.

 

12. How can I sign up for a new Tube Coffee account? => Open the Tube Coffee app, click “Sign Up”, and follow the prompts to create your account using your email address or phone number.

13. I didn’t receive a verification code/email when signing up. What should I do? => Ensure that your email address or phone number is entered correctly. Check your junk/spam folder for the email. If the problem persists, try resending the code or contact support for assistance.

Application Information and Issue

14. How and where can I get the Tube Coffee App for Smartphone Application?

=> You can download the app from the iTunes App Store or the Playstore.

15. How can I check on my order status with the Tube Coffee App?

=> You will receive a Notification about your transaction.

16. How do I check my Tube Coffee balance?

=> Currently, the Tube Coffee App does not support wallet functionality. Please stay tuned for updates!

17. How can I sign out of My Tube Coffee account? 

=> To log out of the Tube Coffee App, go to “Account” and tap “” and tag “Sign Out”

18. Why can't I sign in to my account?

 => You may be using a different email address or have multiple accounts. Please ensure that the email address or Phone number you entered matches the one associated with your password.

19. How can I confirm my email that link to Tube Coffee Account ?

20. I can't find my Tube Coffee Account in the Tube Coffee App. What should I do?

 => First, ensure that you are signed into the correct Tube Coffee account where your Tube Coffee account is registered. If you are having problems with your Username or Password, please contain our support teams .

21. What should I do if I change my device and want to use the Tube Coffee App on my new device ?

 => Install the Tube Coffee App on your new device from the app store. Then, log in using your registered Tube Coffee Email/Phone number and password. If you no longer wish to use the app on your old device, make sure to log out or delete it.

22. What if I have multiple devices?

 => Simply install the Tube Coffee app on your new device, then log in using your registered email/phone number and password. Log out or delete the app from your old device if you no longer need it there.




TERM & CONDITION

MOBILE APPLICATION AND MEMBERSHIP CARD​​​​​​

 

By signing up an account via the TUBE COFFEE Mobile Application (“App”), which is owned and operated by Tube Café Co., Ltd. (“Company”) and its licensors, if any, to register the Tube Coffee for a membership with the Company, you agree and are bound by following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”):

 

Agreement to Terms of Use

1. The Company reserves the right to, at its discretion, modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice. The change shall be effective immediately upon posting on the App. 

2. Although the Company uses its reasonable effort to notify the change, it is your sole responsibility to check these Terms of Use from time to time to keep yourself updated with the change. Your continued use of the App or the Card following any of the changes will be deemed as your acceptance and agreement to such change.

 

Content

3. All texts, interfaces, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artworks and computer code including but not limited to design, structure, selection and arrangement of the aforesaid items, contained on the App or the Card, are owned, controlled or licensed by or to the Company (“Content”).

4. No part of the App, the Card, or the Content may be translated, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, transmitted, or distributed in any way without the Company’s prior written consent.

5. You may use any Content on the App that the Company purposely made available for downloading from the App, provided that you: 

make no modification to any such information; 

use such information only for your personal and non-commercial purpose and not for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use or the Governing Law (as defined in Clause 49 below); and 

do not make any representations or warranties relating to such Content.

 

Membership and Class

6. Membership with the Company and use of the App is not intended for any residents in Cambodia, who is less than 18 (eighteen) years old as of the sign-up date on the App for a registration of a membership (“Membership”). 

7. The Card, the Membership, and the Account are not transferable and can only be used by each person whom the Card is registered with the Company. 

8. Membership with the Company may include general benefits, such as special promotions, discounts, or exclusive offers, as determined at the Company’s discretion. These benefits are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

9. Membership benefits are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. The Company reserves the right to, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate any granted Membership Feature at any time without notice and/or reason.

Account and Security

12. Following your obtaining of the Card, you will be required to complete registration of the Membership by using the App to sign up an account (including setting up a user ID, password, mobile phone number, e-mail and other certain information) (“Account”). Successful applicant of the Card will receive a notification to verify the Account before having the Membership and the Account confirmed by the Company. For any Account that does have any Order made at all within 03 (three) years from the date on which the Membership and the Account are confirmed, the Company shall have the discretion to terminate such Membership and Account without any notice.

13. You are entirely responsible for maintaining information that you hold for your Account confidential, including user ID, password, and for all activities that occurs or are transacted under your Account. You shall notify the Company immediately of lost or stolen Card, unauthorized use of your user ID, password, the Account, or any other breach of security. 

14. You may be held liable for losses incurred by the Company or any other user of the App or the Card due to any person’s use of your Card, user ID, password, or the Account as a result of your failure to keep your Account’s information secured and confidential, or stolen or loss of the mobile device installing the App with sign-in information or the Card. The Company is not responsible for stolen or lost Data (as defined in Clause 32 below), if any, contained thereon the Card and/or of the Membership, or the Account. You shall notify the Company as soon as possible about such incident. 

15. For loss of the Card by whatsoever reasons, you shall bear all costs for each replacement. The Company agrees to continue the Membership, the Membership Feature including Member Point or Reward Point, if any, already earned or rewarded in the stolen or lost Card prior to the replacement of a new Card.

16. You may not use other person’s Card, user ID, password, or the Account without a prior written consent of the holder of such Card, user ID, password, or the Account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

 

Use of the App

17. You shall not attempt to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of or the App or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the App or any Content, as an attempt to trace or obtain or for tracing or obtaining any data, information, materials, or documents (e.g. user ID, password, personal identification, or information about payment or credit card other than of your own) through any means that are not purposely made available on the App. 

18. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of or the App, infrastructure of the App, any network, system, or server connected to the App, or to any features offered on or through the App, by hacking or any other means.

19. You shall not attempt to or test vulnerability of the App, infrastructure of the App, any network, system, or server connected to the App, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the App or any network, system, or server connected to the App.

20. You agree not to use any device or software to interfere or attempt to interfere operation of the App or any transaction being conducted on the App.

21, You shall not forge or manipulate any identity or information to disguise the origin of any data sent to the Company on or through the App including pretending or impersonating any other person.

22. You may not use the App or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use or the Governing Law, or to solicit performance of any activity that is illegal or infringes the rights of Company or others.

23. The Company reserves the right to bar any such activity including but not limited to all of the above activities.

 

Modification, Suspension or Termination

24. The Company reserves the right to, at its discretion, at any time without notice and/or reason modify, suspend or terminate operation of or your access to the Card, any portion of or the App, the Account, the Membership or any Membership Feature. Your continued use of the Card, the App, and the Account after the change will be deemed your acceptance of such change and you agree that the Company shall not be liable for any loss of benefit and/or damage resulting therefrom the amendment.

25. The Company may at any time perform error correction, routine maintenance, or otherwise deemed necessary for the operation of the App.

26. Incompliance with any of the Terms of Use, misuse of the Card, the App, the Account, the Membership, any Membership Feature, or Content may result in suspension or termination of the Card, the App, the Account, the Membership, any Membership Feature, or Content including your current and/or future access to the Account, the portion of, or the App without any whatsoever liabilities to you and/or any person.

 

Transaction and Other Terms and Conditions

27. Additional terms and conditions may apply to transactions performed via your Account, such as purchasing products or services through the App or at any physical Tube Coffee outlets. These specific terms form part of these Terms of Use.

28. Transactions through the App or in-store are solely between you and the Company. The Company is not responsible for third-party services or external platforms used in connection with these transactions.

29. Transaction, i.e. sale and purchase of any products or services of the Company either via the App or at the Outlet, are solely between the Company (as a seller) and you (as a consumer). The Company, has no responsibility or obligation with respect to due online payment or delivery of the Order, if any, performed by any participating third-party service providers (“Participating Vendor”), which are made available on the App for delivering service of the Order, payment (including disputes, if any, between you and any of the Participating Vendor).

30. You shall be bound by the Specific T&C, including where applicable you:

represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in such feature or service; 

allow the Company to directly top-up money to your Account (“Top-up Balance”);

allow the Company to, via your Card or by scanning QR code on APP at the cashier, directly deduct the Top-up Balance as your payment to the Company of the Order made at any Outlet;

allow the Company to deduct the Top-up Balance as your payment on the App to the Company of any Order made on the App or to any Participating Vendor, e.g. for delivery service of the Order; and

allow the Company to directly grant, deduct or terminate any Member Point and/or Reward Point.

31. The following terms also govern and apply to your use of the Card, the App, the Account, the Membership, any Membership Feature and/or Content and they are incorporated herein by this reference. The referred document(s) may be modified from time to time and are effective immediately upon posting such changes on the App.

Reward Policy; and

Redeem Point Policy.

32. The Company reserves the right to limit time, menu, quantity of the products or services available on the App for the Order. The Company may make changes to any products or services offered on or through the App, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time without notice. The Company put reasonable effort to update information about the products or services but makes no commitment to timely update such information. You acknowledge and accept that information on the App about the products or services may not always be up to date. 

33. This App may contain links to other websites and/or mobile applications of the Participating Vendor or any other parties (“Linked Sites/Apps”). You acknowledge and agree that such Linked Sites/Apps are not under the Company’s control, and the Company is not responsible for and does not endorse content of such Linked Sites/Apps, including any information or materials contained on such Linked Sites/Apps. You shall make your own judgment regarding your interaction with these Linked Sites/Apps.

 

In-App Notification and Other Communications

34. Having signed-up for the Membership and by using the Card, the App, and the Account, you, by default, agree to receive notice, e.g. e-mail, text message or in-App notification, from the Company from time to time including promotional communication about the products or services (“Communication”).

35. You acknowledge that to opt out from receiving the Communication, you will have to modify setting of your Account on the App. You, further, acknowledge and agree that by doing so, certain function or feature of the Membership, the Card, the App, the Account, and/or the Content may become unavailable to you. 

 

Data Privacy

36. The Company collects and processes personal data necessary to provide its services, such as name, contact details, order history, and feedback. No payment or wallet-related data is processed or stored as the App does not feature a wallet system.

your name, gender, date of birth, phone number, email address, and GPS location;

your credit card number, and other payment information;

your history of Order, e.g. purchased item, quantity, and frequency of purchase;

your inquiry and feedback; and

your screen time and specific Linked Sites/Apps that you frequently visit from the App etc.,

37. Having signed-up for the Membership and by using the Card, the App, and the Account, you, by default, acknowledge and agree that:

your Data may be collected, used, disclosed, transferred, and stored by the Company and the Participating Vendor for the purpose of the Card, the App, the Account, the Membership, the Membership Feature, your use of the App, the Account, or any Content, e.g. for displaying ads, Company’s events or promotions, improving our existing products or services, or creating a new etc., and

internet and transmission of Data are never completely private or secured. You understand that any Data that you provided when signing up for the Account, saved to the Account, or sent to the App during the Membership may be read or intercepted by other parties, even if there is a notice that a particular transmission, e.g. the credit card information, is encrypted. 

38. You acknowledge and agree that:

the Company may disclose your Data as required under the Governing Law or at the governmental request; and

the Company may share your Data to, including but not limited to, its shareholders, directors, executives, subsidiaries and affiliates, successors, employees, agents, licensees, licensors, auditors, or the Company’s prospective financier or transferee in the event of financing, or transfer of shares, business or assets etc.,

39. You acknowledge and agree that to opt out from sharing the Data, you will have to modify setting of your Account on the App.

40. You acknowledge that to opt out from sharing the Data, you will have to modify setting of your Account on the App. You, further, acknowledge and agree that by doing so, certain function or feature of the Membership, the Card, the App, the Account, and/or the Content may become unavailable to you. 

 

Disclaimer

41. The Participating Vendor and you acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances must the Company be liable for any damages that results from or arises out of transaction between the Participating Vendor and you, although such transaction is concluded on or through the App.

42. The Company does not warrant and represent that the Account, the Membership, any Membership Feature, your use portion of or the App, the Card, any Content, or the Linked Sites/Apps are free from error or interruption, or that the App will always produce specific result that you intend. 

43. You assume total responsibility for the Account, the Membership, any Membership Feature, your use portion of or the App, the Card, any Content, or the Linked Sites/Apps. 

44. The Company disclaims any and all liabilities for acts, omissions and conduct of any party in connection with or related to the Card, the App, the Account, the Membership, any Membership Feature, your use portion of or the App, the Card, any Content, or the Linked Sites/Apps, e.g. any error or failures resulting from any hardware, software, network, system and/or server that the App must be used in connection with including any error, incorrect information or fraud by any Account’s holder or any person, who has access to your user ID, password, the Account, or other information. 

45. These disclaimers shall apply to any and all damages, liabilities or injuries caused by any defect, failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, or unauthorized access, whether contractually or otherwise.

 

Indemnity

46. You shall indemnify and hold the Company, its shareholders, directors, executives, subsidiaries and affiliates, successors, employees, and agents, harmless from any demands, losses, liabilities, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against the Company by any third party arising out of or in connection with the Card, the App, the Account, the Membership, any Membership Feature, your use portion of or the App, the Card, any Content, or the Linked Sites/Apps.

 

Limitation of Liability 

47. If the Company is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or in connection with the Account, the Membership, any Membership Feature, your use portion of or the App, the Card, any Content, or the Linked Sites/Apps, the Company’s liability shall, in no event, be more than the net amount of USD 4.99.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

48. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, the Account, the Membership, any Membership Feature, your use portion of or the App, the Card, any Content, or the Linked Sites/Apps including any question regarding its existence, enforceability, validity, interpretation or termination shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws and regulations of Cambodia (“Governing Law”).

49. In the event of dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, the Account, the Membership, any Membership Feature, your use portion of or the App, the Card, any Content, or the Linked Sites/Apps including any question regarding its existence, validity, performance or termination, the dispute shall be first resolved amicably and promptly in good faith between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved between the parties within 90 (ninety) calendar days, either party may refer such dispute to and finally resolved by arbitration in the Kingdom of Cambodia in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC) being in force at the time of commencement of arbitration and by reference in this clause the NCAC Rules are deemed to be incorporated as part of this contract. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be in Khmer.

 

Miscellaneous

50. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by the court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction as void or unenforceable under the Governing Law, such provision shall be voided or unenforceable only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain effective in full force and effect.

51. These Terms of Use are prepared in Khmer and English language. In the event of discrepancies between the Khmer and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
